Made-to-order work is ready in 4-6 weeks. For larger orders, production can take up to 8 weeks. If your order will take more than 6 weeks, I will notify you immediately upon purchasing.

Made-to-order pieces ship within 4-6 weeks. Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Your pieces will be shipped to you via UPS Ground. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and will appear in your cart at checkout. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Free studio pick-up is available to NYC residents. Select this option at check out and I will contact you via email to arrange a time for your visit. My studio is located in East Williamsburg, walking distance from the Grand L stop.

I’m sorry but at this point I do not offer international shipping. If you live outside the United States and would like to make an online purchase or commission work, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

returns and exchanges

All sales are final. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged merchandise, please email hello@sarahblackwellceramics.com within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability. Please include an image of the damaged item in the body of your email.

My aesthetic embraces irregularity, chance, and the mark of the maker's hand. Within a singular piece or throughout a series, subtle variations in form and finish may occur. These variations are embraced as part of the work and are not considered flaws. If you have concerns about an item or would like additional information, please contact me prior to purchasing and I will do the best I can to answer your questions.
